· Checks inventory and determine material requirements based on production plan.
· Ensures availability of export requirements in coordination with production and URC export for on time production and delivery.
· Overall in-charge of finished goods transfer.
· Conducts/prepares semi –monthly Material ageing report to ensure all goods and materials are properly revalidated.
· Consolidates work schedule based on production plan.
· Informs the Production Manager on all matters affecting materials controlling and finished goods stocks movement.
· Generates and updates following documents in SAP (Requisition Slip (RQS) Issuance Slip (IS), FGRR / Finished Goods Transfer Document (FGTD) and Return Slip (RS)
· Encodes daily material usage and closing of production batches.
· Conducts Weekly/Monthly Cycle Count.
· Ensures that the standard set specifications are being met to attain good quality product.
· Ensures compliance to established ISO / HACCP / Food Safety Management System.
