Responsibilities
Supervise construction works and defects
Ensure work carried out and materials delivered to site are in accordance with specifications
Ensure workmanship are of required standards
Check the construction works to adhere to the proposed schedule
Liaise with Consultants regarding plans, drawings and site construction issues
Liaise with government authorities
Attend site meetings with consultants and contractors
Check progress, materials on site and related items
Issue site memo, non-conformance report and documentation
Any other issues assigned from time to time
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in construction and development in compliance with Qlassic
Good supervision and interpersonal skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
