1. To provide general administrative & operations support.
2. General administrative duties including keeping proper filing records, photo copying, scanning,
sorting and maintaining office supplies.
3. Supporting customer inquiries and assistance by answering questions and providing other
support.
4. Responsible to answer telephone enquiries and respond to emails.
5. Responsible for admin-procurement preparation of Purchase Order, matching incoming invoice
with the Delivery Order.
6. Assist in handling foreign staff health issue by prepare related document and arrangement to
send foreign staff to panel clinic/hospital for fomema / medical consultation.
7. Any other duties assigned by the superior and Management

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
