We have urgent vacancy as a Clerk to be based in the Infrastructure Development department. The organization is a reputable player in the power and natural gas industry. We strongly require candidates with experience in the area of clerical and admin. Successful candidates will based at their head office in Section 26, Shah Alam.
Position Status : Contract 6 months.
Experience : At least 1-2 years working experience in related field.
Qualification : Candidate must possess at least SPM.
Specific Knowledge : Knowledge of general office procedure.
Computer literate with knowledge of basic Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point).
Must be able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Independent, self-motivated, proactive working attitude.
Brief Job Description :
1. Type and proof read documents, faxes, reports and correspondence for the section.
2. Co-ordinate and carry out photocopying for the section.
3. File and maintain documents for the section according to the established system.
4. Provide administration assistance to other staff within the section.
5. Update the report by bi-monthly basis.
6. Assist section in budget administration preparation.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
