Job Description:
- Ensure all cleaning assignments meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Supervise daily cleaning operations and staff performance.
- Manage and track inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of cleaning work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the Management.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery (e.g., scrubber dryer, vacuum cleaners, etc.) are properly used and maintained.
- Address and resolve complaints or issues related to cleaning performance or hygiene promptly.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Operation Manager, Operation Executive, or Management.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum at least has SPM certificate.
- Minimum 3 -5 years’ experience in cleaning services field
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel or be based at project sites as needed.
- Strong leadership skills and a hands-on attitude in resolving operational issues.
- This job will require shift work (Day shift & Night Shift on a rotation basis).
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
