Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Clarinet Teacher to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is not only skilled in clarinet but also enjoys teaching students of various ages and abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to inspire students through personalized lessons, highly skilled individual to teach clarinet up to Grade 8 (ABRSM/Trinity) level and work with students of all ages. Experience working with Spectrum (eg: autistic) students is a distinct advantage.
Requirements:
- Deliver one-on-one clarinet lessons to students up to minimum Grade 8 ABRSM/Trinity
- Experience teaching students of all ages, from beginners to advanced
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying skill levels
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clarinet lessons to students of all ages
- Prepare students for exams and performances
- Be punctual and maintain a consistent teaching schedule
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
- Friendly, patient, and encouraging personality.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with young learners.
- Experience with preparing students for graded exams is an advantage.
- Experience working with Spectrum (eg: autism) students or a willingness to learn and adapt teaching methods for students with varying needs will be an added advantage.
