What’s the job?

You'll review and process various types of travel and commercial benefit claims, ensuring data accuracy and identifying any deficiencies.
Assess claim eligibility and validity by analyzing supporting documentation against policy terms and conditions.
Draft and issue clear claimant responses, including approvals and denial letters.
Coordinate daily claims activities with TPAs and adjusters to support smooth and timely processing.
Manage cardholder inquiries on benefits and claims procedures, providing prompt and effective support.
Process settlement payments accurately within required timeframes.
Maintain compliance through timely reserve reviews, proper documentation, and diary management.
Escalate complaints, large losses, and coverage issues to management when necessary.

What are we looking for?

You'll have prior experience in claims processing, insurance, or financial services is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess claim eligibility and ensure compliance with policy terms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with Mandarin proficiency preferred to support APAC cardholders.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with claims systems and documentation processes is an advantage.
