- Assist in procurement processes, including shipping arrangements and documentation
- Handle bilingual documents, contracts, and communication records
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and follow-ups
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is required
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
