Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all plating solutions meet required specifications.
- Supervise chemical technicians during chemical addition and tank make-up.
- Conduct chemical analysis as per the Analysis Schedule.
- Maintain laboratory equipment in good working and calibrated condition.
- Verify the accuracy of chemicals used in the plating section.
- Enforce 5S practices in both the plating production and laboratory areas.
- Conduct lab experiments with production engineers to troubleshoot plating issues.
- Operate and control the centralized chemical system.
- Continuously improve solution control processes.
- Handle the addition and auto-supplement of Palladium & Aurum chemicals.
- Check and count precious metals upon receipt.
- Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) of the centralize system is followed as scheduled.
- Carry out any other duties as instructed by immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Applied Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ICP and UV-VIS equipment is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and lead a small team.
- Organized and committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
