The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia’s leading lifestyle hubs. Our mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space that includes a 10-acre rooftop park. We are seeking a Car Park Attendant to join our team. Car Park Attendant is responsible for assist customers, monitor parking activities, and maintain standard operating procedure within the parking lot. Your duties include but not limited to the following:
- Assisting customers with any car park questions or concerns they may have and providing excellent customer service.
- To Monitor and ensure smooth traffic flow and overall car park day to day operations.
- To ensure the existing car park electronic payment systems, machinery, devices are working efficiently in accordance to SOP.
- To ensure security of cars parked from theft, vandalism and report immediately to the Supervisor regarding other safety issues in the parking facility.
- Assisting drivers in case of emergencies, breakdowns, or accidents within the parking area
Requirements
- SPM qualification and experience working as car park attendant.
- Previous experience in car park management in a shopping mall or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using parking management systems and related software.
- Knowledge of parking regulations and relevant laws.
- Able to work in 3 rotating shift 24x7 (based on their roster), weekends and Public Holidays. May require working overtime based on scheduled and emergency call off support shift or any “Just In Case “situations.
