Job Summary
We’re looking for a responsible and hands-on Café Supervisor to manage daily operations, lead the team,
and
uphold service and coffee quality — especially with strong barista skills and latte art experience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead and supervise staff; provide training and support.
- Maintain high standards in coffee quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Make quality coffee and latte art consistently.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure great service.
- Manage stock, wastage, and daily reporting.
- Take full accountability for shift performance and team conduct.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar café or supervisory role.
- Strong hands-on barista skills, including latte art
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Passion for hospitality, customer service, and coffee culture.
