Job Description:
- Daily muster call-Arrange workers according to their designation job (based on block’s priority), Check machineries, and Update vehicle running.
- Supervise daily harvesting activity for block.
- To ensure harvesting activity is according to the harvesting standards practiced.
- To ensure FFB evacuation to ramp is going smoothly without hiccups.
- To ensure harvesting activity in block is in line with interval recorded.
- supervise field maintenance
- Prepare mapping road on map by using GPS.
- To submit FFB crop weekly.
- P&D – intrusion, night patrolling and elephant trenching.
- To update intrusion report.
- Other responsibilities-Supervise upkeep line site, water treatment plant and genset.
- Must be willing to work and stay on the plantation (accommodation provided)
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Mersing: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
