An established global manufacturer is seeking a Buyer to join its dynamic supply chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating materials to support production needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities including sourcing, issuing POs, and supplier follow-ups.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment as needed.
- Work closely with planning, warehouse, and production teams to align material flow.
- Maintain supplier records and evaluate supplier performance.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in purchasing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing.
- Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement best practices.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
