Role Summary
At Koppiku, we're brewing more than just great coffee. We’re building a data-savvy team that knows what sells, why it sells, and when to drop that next hit drink. We're looking for a sharp and curious Business Insights Executive who can turn numbers into stories, insights into action, and help us serve up better decisions across every sales channel.
You’ll be the go-to for product performance tracking, sales breakdowns, and new launch reporting. So, if you're someone who enjoys uncovering patterns behind every pour, this role might just be your next perfect blend.
Key Responsibilities
Product Analysis & Menu Strategy
● Dive into our monthly menu performance data and spot what’s hot (and what’s not).
● Use Menu Engineering techniques to categorise our drink lineup.
● Recommend which items deserve more spotlight or need to quietly exit the menu.
Sales Performance & Growth Tracking
● Keep the timeline of our marketing campaigns running against its impact and results.
● Break down sales by platform: Food Aggregators, In-Store, Corporate, App.
● Prep and present weekly sales reports to highlight to the leadership team.
● Share daily sales updates that keep the team in sync (and sometimes caffeinated).
New Product Launch Support
● Work with Marketing, Product and Finance to price new menu items and LTOs that balance excitement and profitability.
● Forecast stock for new product launches so we don’t run dry (or over-order).
● Track how new launches perform and serve up post-mortem insights to the team.
Ad-hoc & Cross-Functional Support
● Support other teams with reporting, analysis, and those "can-you-help-us-figure-this-out" moments.
● Jump in for on-ground operational support when things get hectic or unexpected issues pop up.

What We’re Looking For
● 1–3 years’ experience in Business Insights, Marketing, Data, or F&B performance roles
● Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
● Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail… you enjoy getting to the “why” behind the numbers
● Able to work across teams, juggle priorities, and keep things moving
● Bonus points for understanding data pipelines, pricing models, menu engineering, or having a finger on the pulse of F&B trends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
