About Us
Arcopix is a fast-growing digital marketing agency with over 30 staff, primarily based in Hong Kong. We specialize in SEO, Google Ads, website development, and AI-powered marketing solutions for businesses across Asia, Europe, and North America.
We're now expanding into Kuala Lumpur, and we're looking for an ambitious and self-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to help us establish and grow our presence in Malaysia.
What You’ll Do
- Build our client base in Malaysia — Reach out to local businesses, attend meetings, and close deals.
- Set up and grow the KL office — Help find the right workspace and establish our local operations.
- Recruit and lead a team — Once initial traction is achieved, hire and manage your local team.
- Represent Arcopix on the ground — Be the face of the company at events, client meetings, and pitches.
Career Path & Salary Growth
- RM5,000/month — Starting salary
- RM7,500/month — After the KL office is operational
- RM10,000/month — Upon hiring your first local team member
Who You Are
- Some experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is preferred
- Degree in marketing, business, economics, computer science, or a related field
- Comfortable with outreach, networking, and meeting potential clients
- Motivated, independent, and results-driven
- Bonus: Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, or tools like ChatGPT
