Your Role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and process documentation.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend data-driven solutions for process improvement.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support business transformation.
- Create and execute communication and training plans to drive user adoption.
- Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations for upcoming changes.
- Monitor project progress, adoption rates, and report on key performance indicators.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and feedback sessions. Identify and manage resistance to change, providing coaching and support as needed.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Seasoned experience in business analysis, Data analysis, change management, or a combined role.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Excel).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
