Job Scopes :
- To attend daily complaints.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and hardware
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors if necessary.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager / supervisor.
Qualification:
- SPM/Certificate/Diploma
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to receive and follow instructions from management in a positive and professional manner.
- Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Words, MS Outlook).
- Able to multitask and willing to learn
- Able to work in shift, weekends and public holidays if required
- A valid GDL driving license is an advantage
- Language: English & Bahasa Melayu
