Job Description:
- Lead and improve the branch’s sales performance, cost control, and administrative efficiency to achieve branch targets.
- Manage daily branch operations and work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
- Handle customer orders, including maintaining order portals, managing online sales campaigns, promotions, and pricing, and ensuring all payments are up to date.
- Monitor and manage branch stock levels to ensure they follow company SOPs.
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins.
- Participate in company events and use social media marketing (e.g., Facebook Live) to promote products, working with the marketing team to create and run campaigns.
- Provide feedback on marketing materials, advertising, and digital strategies to help grow brand awareness.
- Perform general administrative, coordination, and support tasks as assigned by your superior.
Job Requirement:
- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Admin, Management or other related field.
- Aggressive and sales driven.
- Possess good communication skill in English & Malays.
- Self-motivated; exhibits strong self-management and sense of urgency.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills
- Other tasks or job assignments include but not limited to day-to-day administration, coordination, and service support assigned by superior based on business need.
- Preferably Interns who can start work right after completing their internship.
