Job description
1. Operational Supervision: Oversee daily operations of the optical store or clinic.Ensure smooth workflow from customer reception to eyewear delivery.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
2. Staff Management: Supervise and support opticians, sales assistants, and other staff.Create duty rosters and manage leave schedules.Provide training and guidance to ensure high service standards.
3. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.Ensure accurate fitting, adjustments, and after-sales support.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Sales and Performance: Drive sales targets and KPIs for the team.Monitor product performance and suggest promotional strategies.Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
5. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all prescriptions and optical work adhere to company and industry standards.Maintain records of patient prescriptions and orders.Enforce hygiene and safety protocols.
6. Technical Knowledge: Support team in interpreting prescriptions and recommending suitable eyewear or lenses.Assist in troubleshooting vision-related issues.Stay updated on the latest optical products and technologies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
