Requirements
- Cat lover with a passion for pet care
- Leadership & KPI-driven – Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets
- Retail & customer service experience – Understanding of sales and hospitality
- Proactive & punctual – Committed to smooth operations
- Social media skills – Familiarity with online engagement is a plus
- Photo/video editing skills – Advantageous for content creation
- Willing to relocate – Preferred for Klang Valley branches
Responsibilities:
· Train and supervise staff to ensure high service standards, especially in grooming/SPA, cleaning, and cat care
· Enforce and adhere to each SOP accordingly.
· Lead and work with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Provide exceptional customer service to all guests inquiring about the services provided.
· Respond promptly and professionally to telephone calls and email inquiries regarding booking requests or questions.
· Assist customers in selecting appropriate packages based on their specific needs.
· Process bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.
· Prepare invoices and receipts for payment processing and record-keeping purposes.
· Maintain inventory levels for retail products sold at the reception desk and reorder supplies when necessary.
· Ensure cleanliness and orderliness within the lobby and other common areas visible from the front desk.
