Branch managers are responsible for the management of all the affairs related with a company in a specific geographic region or business branch. They receive indications from the headquarters, and depending on the structure of the company, they aim to implement the strategy of the company while adapting it to the market where the branch operates. They envision management of employees, communications, marketing efforts, and follow up to results and objectives.
- To promote/market Gintell products.
- To provide customer service for walk-in/phone call customers.
- To achieve sales target.
- Manage sales performance of a branch in align with weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
- Conducting sales and product related training to showroom staffs.
- Manage the discipline of showroom's staff.
Job Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Retail Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in retail management, Sales & Marketing.
- Possess retail operations experience inclusive of Sales Management, Product Display, Stock, Training & Development of staff and Inventory Management.
- Possess positive attitude and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Must be willing to work during weekends/Public Holiday.
