Responsibilities:
- Strive to meet the store monthly sales target.
- Perform regular stock replenishment to ensure the store remains fully stocked.
- Provide excellent sales service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Maintain exceptional store appearance and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Accurately assess and address customers' needs and desires.
- Stay up-to-date with product information.
- Clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
- Actively assist in receiving new shipments.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Train new employees on sales techniques and visual merchandising standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior role.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to attract and engage potential customers.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Candidate must be willing to work at Aeon Bandaraya Melaka.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
