Responsibilities:
- Oversee and organize all store operations, delegating responsibilities to staff.
- Supervise and guide employees to achieve optimal performance.
- Monitor stock levels and purchases, ensuring they remain within budget.
- Handle customer complaints to preserve the store’s reputation.
- Conduct store inspections and address any issues that arise.
- Plan and manage in-store promotional events or displays.
- Stay updated on market trends to identify areas for store improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of retail management best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of the retail market.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with data analysis principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be available to work at Aeon Bandaraya Melaka.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
