Job Description
- Supervise and motivate sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate store goals and updates practices.
- Assist in the training of new team member
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock takes.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, employee schedules, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
