Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all equipment and machinery in the plant are operate at higher efficiency and conforms to safety standard & regulation.
- Ensure operation, all maintenance and repair of all equipment in the plant are done to the instruction given.
- To assist production in upgrading and improve machine performance.
- Manage the workforce during any breakdown or emergency shutdown.
- Ensure all subordinates use proper PPE especially when working in hazardous condition.
- Screen, plan and authorize other works in areas inside the plant accordingly with minimum downtime or zero disturbance.
- Ensure all emissions from the premise are in specification of the required standards for a healthy environment.
- Responsible in routine monitoring and operation of boiler and utility systems, ensuring that checklists, logbooks, and reports are accurately maintained and updated.
- To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Boilerman Grade I / II Certificate.
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Manufacturing/Production field.
- Familiar with boiler operation.
- Able to work in our factory in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
