Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications and smart contracts.
- Optimize blockchain network performance and ensure security compliance.
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices to protect against vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot blockchain network performance and issues.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement decentralized solutions.
- Write, test, and deploy high-quality, secure, and efficient blockchain code.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology.
- Maintain and secure blockchain infrastructure, ensuring system reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in blockchain or smart contract development.
- Proficiency in blockchain frameworks (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, etc.).
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain security.
- Experience with smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or Chaincode.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is an advantage.
- Ability to optimize blockchain performance and scalability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in blockchain development frameworks, including Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger Fabric, and Solana.
- Skilled in developing and deploying Solana programs using Rust, Solana CLI, and Anchor, with experience in devnet environments (primary focus).
- Experienced in developing and deploying smart contracts on EVM-based chains (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon) using Solidity, with experience in testnet environments.
- Strong understanding of Fungible Tokens (FTs) and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) concepts.
- Solid knowledge of cryptographic principles and security best practices in blockchain applications.
- Proficient in programming languages including Rust, Solidity, JavaScript, Python, Go, and C++.
- Experienced with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Familiar with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and IPFS.
- Skilled in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for blockchain applications.
- Proficient with source control tools such as Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- Experienced in working with REST APIs and blockchain-specific APIs (e.g., JSON-RPC, Web3.js).
