Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate BIM implementation across architectural and engineering disciplines.
- Develop and review BIM models, working drawings, and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables from design to completion.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project communication.
- Oversee site coordination and resolve construction-related issues in collaboration with the site team.
- Prepare tender documents, technical specifications, and submissions (e.g., e-perolehan, BOMBA, local authorities).
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Apply project management principles to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support internal quality control.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, BIM coordination, and project management.
- Proficient in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and related design software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and site processes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and lead cross-functional teams.
- Willing to travel or work outstation when required.
- Background in architecture is a strong advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
