Job Title: Structural BIM Modeler

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Structural BIM Modeler to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing accurate 3D structural models using BIM tools, ensuring coordination across disciplines, and delivering high-quality digital models in line with project specifications and BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain 3D structural BIM models for various project stages (design, construction, and as-built).
- Interpret and work from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to create coordinated structural models.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, and other BIM modelers to ensure multi-discipline coordination.
- Generate shop drawings, detail drawings, and BOQ extraction from models.
- Assist in clash detection and resolve issues using tools like Navisworks Manage.
- Ensure all modeling is done in compliance with Singapore BIM standards and project requirements.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings, reviews, and model audits.
- Update and maintain BIM documentation and workflow processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in BIM modeling for structural works.
- Proficiency in Revit Structure is a must; knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Dynamo is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Singapore local codes and BIM execution plans (BEP).
- Good understanding of structural construction methods and detailing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Candidates with prior experience on Singapore-based projects will be preferred.
- Experience with other BIM platforms or tools is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with project management software is desirable.
- Certification in BIM modeling or related fields will be a plus.
