Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Administration or any related field
- Minimum 1 year in the logistics/freight forwarding industry
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft office)
- Inquisitive, resourceful, independent as well as being a team player
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible in billing, invoicing, filing and sorting of all import documentations
- Compiling all export documentations for billing, clearance and relevant government bodies
- Co-ordinate shipping documents from customers
- Ensure all related documents from customer & finance is timely return
- To assist in office general administration
- Attend to all incoming calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
