Your Responsibilities:

- Maintain professional communication in Mandarin and English
- Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written)
- 1+ year experience in Customer service, live chat support, mobile gaming industry (preferred)
- Tech-savvy with own laptop & stable internet
- Available for rotational shifts
- Willing to accept RM3,000 salary
- Proven ability to efficiently manage workflows across several digital platforms
- Working familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
