Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in the beauty industry is preferable (min 1-year experience)
- Available position at Kota Damansara
- With SKM Qualification
- High commission rates
- Provide professional consultation and skin analysis for clients
- Recommend appropriate skincare and treatment plans based on individual needs
- Educate clients about post-treatment care, especially after laser procedures
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all laser and aesthetic treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment
- Build strong rapport with clients to encourage retention and upselling
- Achieve monthly sales and treatment performance targets
- Record and update client treatment history accurately
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on new treatment technologies
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in handling laser machines such as Pico Laser, CO2 Laser
- Strong understanding in aesthetic treatments
- Well-groomed, professional, and good communication skills
- Customer service and sales-oriented
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Operation hour 10am - 7pm
- Half day (Monday) Off day (Tuesday)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
