As a Beauty Consultant at Izzah MediSpa, you’ll engage with clients to understand their skincare concerns, guide them toward optimal medi-treatments and products, and support them throughout their treatment journey.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations to assess clients’ skincare needs and recommend appropriate medispa treatments and products.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare instructions clearly to clients.
- Promote and upsell medispa services, skincare packages, and retail products.
- Assist in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Support therapists in client care and post-treatment guidance.
- Stay updated on medispa industry trends, product knowledge, and treatment advancements.
- Build strong client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in medi-spa, dermatologist clinic, or premium beauty retail.
- Strong knowledge of facial treatments, skincare ingredients, and skin science.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- Professional presentation and a client-centric attitude.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods.
- Certificate or diploma in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or related field (preferred).
- Prior exposure to aesthetic treatment protocols (like chemical peels, microdermabrasion) is a plus.
