Location : Watson IOI Puchong , Pavillion Bukit Jalil & Empire Subang
We are looking for a passionate & knowledge Skincare Beauty to join our company . You will be the face of the brand, responsible for providing personalized & build customer loyatly.
Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate the use of brand's make up products & services
- Market & Sell brand's products & services
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers as well as store managers and cast members.
- Engage customers in a productive discussion to address skin concerns
- Perfectly identify customer's skin condition and recommend the right products
- Host/Organize occasional workshops or parties for customers' engagement
- Perform only Benefit approved and trained services offered on service menu to Benefit quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Arrange appointments for return services
- Maintain counter cleanliness
- Ensure that top selling stock are not facing low or out of stocks issues; shelves are fully stocked at all time.
- Ensure personal bow bar areas are always at tip top condition, communicate maintenance issues to counter manager/sales manager
- Adhere to hygiene standards of the brand
- Ensure that the Benefit uniform is worn and full make up is always applied during work hours
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work at Watson IOI Puchong , Pavillion Bukit Jalil & Empire Subang
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable in face to face engagement
- Self-motivated individual who possesses a strong passion for working in the Beauty industry

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
