- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate product usage, application techniques, and benefits
- Maintain deep knowledge of product lines, promotions, and brand offerings
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and visually appealing
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales follow-up professionally
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product ordering
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store and beauty counters
- Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge through training sessions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, Sales Associate, or similar role in retail beauty/skincare
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and helping people look and feel their best
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of skin types, beauty products, and cosmetics
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., Mandarin, English, Malay)
