Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative Bawal Designer to design exclusive and unique bawal scarf patterns for our brand. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hijab fashion, colour harmony, and creating trend-setting designs that appeal to modern and modest fashion lovers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create original bawal scarf patterns that align with the brand’s identity, seasonal themes, and market trends.
- Trend Research: Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends, colour palettes, and fabric prints relevant to the hijab industry.
- Concept to Final Artwork: Develop design concepts from sketches to digital artwork ready for printing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production team to ensure designs are practical for manufacturing and appealing to target customers.
- Quality Review: Ensure colour accuracy, print clarity, and fabric suitability before final production.
- Creative Input: Suggest fresh design ideas for special collections, collaborations, and festive launches.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a textile designer, fashion designer, or graphic designer — preferably in the hijab/modest wear industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design software.
- Strong sense of colour, patterns, and layout design.
- Creativity and originality in design concepts.
- Ability to work within deadlines and adapt to brand requirements.
- Familiarity with bawal scarf styles and materials.
