Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits.
Maintain a deep knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including preparation methods and service standards.
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly service.
Assist in managing bar inventory, conducting stock checks, and ensuring supplies are adequately maintained.
Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and hotel operational standards at all times.
Operate POS systems and handle guest payments accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Well-groomed, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused, team player, and able to take initiative.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
