- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using the POS system for order entry and payment processing.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area, including tables, counters, and floors.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
