Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile Barista cum Front of House team member who can prepare quality beverages and provide outstanding customer service. If you enjoy making coffee and interacting with customers, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a range of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Take orders, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the bar and customer seating areas
- Restock supplies as needed and manage inventory for a smooth service flow
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred, but training can be provided
- Skills: Basic coffee-making skills, good communication, and multitasking abilities
- Personality: Friendly, customer-oriented, and a team player
- Physical Requirement: Ability to stand for long periods and carry light to medium loads
