Position: Barista / All-Rounder
Location: 129, Lorong Lapangan Terbang 2, Green Heights, 93250 Kuching, Sarawak
Type: Part-time / Full-time
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with attention to detail.
- Handle customer interactions warmly, providing great service and building relationships.
- Assist with general café / pop-up operations: setup, cleaning, stock management, and packing.
- Support in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Be flexible to step into different roles as needed – from brewing coffee to handling cashier duties.
- Contribute positively to a small, close-knit team.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
- At least 1 year of barista experience preferred (but not compulsory – training will be provided).
- Ability to multitask and adapt.
- A proactive, positive attitude with good communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
