Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, analyzing sales trends and pre-planning for upcoming events.
- Develop and update the bar's drink menu, incorporating seasonal offerings and customer preferences, while considering profitability and cost control.
- Supervise and schedule bar staff, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours and special events.
- Train and motivate bar staff, providing guidance on customer service, drink preparation techniques, and upholding responsible alcohol service practices.
- Maintain high-quality standards for beverage preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
