Job Purpose
Responsible for setting up, serving, and breaking down events such as weddings, conferences, and corporate dinners. Their main role is to ensure that banquet events run smoothly and that guests receive excellent service
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Setup: Arrange tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and decorations according to event specifications.
- Serving Guests: Serve food and beverages, either buffet-style or plated service, and respond to guest requests during the event.
- Clean-Up: Clear dishes, clean tables, and reset the room for future events.
- Coordination: Work with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and other team members to ensure seamless execution.
- Customer Service: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive guest experience
- Other tasks as assigned by the management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
