We are looking for a charismatic and detail-oriented Bakery Supervisor to lead our baking team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the baking process, managing inventory, and ensuring that our baked goods meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily baking operations and ensure timely production
- Manage and monitor ingredient inventory, stock levels, and expiration dates
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Work closely with the head baker and follow production schedules
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on baking experience (preferably in a production environment)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiar with food safety and hygiene standards
- Able to lead a small team and follow instructions precisely
- Passion for quality and consistency in baking

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
