- At least 3 years of professional experience with Python and TypeScript/NestJS
- Database Technologies: Expertise in SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) for effective data handling and caching mechanisms.
- Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps Skills: Experience with Google Cloud, proficiency in Docker for containerization, and advanced knowledge in CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Security and Performance: Strong understanding of backend security protocols, OAuth, and security best practices. Skills in backend performance tuning to handle scalability issues efficiently.
- Strong code-review instincts—you can spot logic errors, performance traps, and security issues quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a short-term, high-impact role, delivering functional tools under tight timelines.
- Experience with AI projects such as N8N is a plus
