Position : Back-End Developer
Salary : RM 4,000 – RM 5,500
Working Hours : Mon – Fri (10am – 7pm)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Back End Developer to manage the server-side logic and ensure the development of fast, secure, and scalable web applications. This role involves full-cycle software development, integration with front-end components, and continuous optimization for performance and data security.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete software development lifecycle — from system design and coding to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop, test, and deploy reliable back-end features and services with minimal supervision.
- Design and maintain reusable code, APIs, and web services to support scalable, efficient application architectures.
- Continuously optimize server-side performance to ensure fast, responsive applications.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to deliver seamless functionality and an enhanced user experience.
- Troubleshoot issues, debug systems, and implement long-term, sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in back-end development.
- Strong command of Java and a solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Node.js.
- Experience with server-side frameworks and databases, including Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
- Effective communicator and team player, able to work collaboratively across departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
