Role: Atlassian Technical Consultant
Experience: above 6 years
Required Technical Skill Set: JIRA / Confluence, XML
Must-Have
· Expert level tool administration knowledge on JIRA, and proficiency in Atlassian tool suite
· Creation and management of custom, complex projects, workflows, security schemes, custom
fields, dashboards and reports configurations
· Proficient in understanding and adapting XML (Extensible Markup Language)
· Experience with hosted environments and remotely co-located systems.
· Basic programming knowledge with an understanding of various Java frameworks
· Experience installing and updating JIRA plugins using Atlassian SDK is a plus.(.i.e. Rally plugins)
· Experience as a JIRA Administrator in the past where one has customized JIRA projects with various schemas
· Proficient in Project Setups, Components, JIRA Reporting, Report Filters and Dashboard creation
Responsibility of the Role
1 Support JIRA and Confluence administration
2 Lead minor and major JIRA/Confluence upgrades (including communications), schedule and coordinate maintenance, and lead performance tuning/scaling in conjunction with our JIRA hosting partner
3 Install, manage and administer Jira add-ons, plugins, and extensions.
4 Understand and adapt XML configuration files regarding JIRA/Rally integration as necessary
5 Meet with stakeholders to identify JIRA Project and Confluence needs and implement them as appropriate
6 Conduct training for employees and new hires on JIRA and Confluence regarding how to use the tools, new functionality, etc.

Pay: RM3,513.54 - RM15,180.67 per month
