Addresses L1 inquiries of customers including collateral deliveries, CCID use case briefings, smart cities project status updates. Ability to map CCID solution to fit customer requirements/specifications. Scout market dynamic of local market and providing updates to CCID APJ BU Supporting local SMG colleagues on smart cities opportunities and identifying potential gaps and report to CCID APJ BU. Develop localized Japan domestic market solutions with HQ solution architects for smart city, transportation and sustainability use cases. Participation in unkeep the Penang CCID customer lab and hosting demos for walk-in and virtual customers.
