Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing raw materials, components, or finished goods based on company requirements.
- Support the Purchasing team in vendor selection, evaluation, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, pricing, and product specifications.
- Track order status to ensure timely delivery and coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify potential vendors and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
- Support cost analysis and price comparison for better procurement decisions.
- Handle urgent tasks and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by superiors.
Competency Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in Purchasing field.
- Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin).
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English and Mandarin language. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with MS Office and proficiency in documentation, including creating and improving documents.
- Experience in on-line purchase.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
