Qualification :
- Having experience as Assistant Store Manager in Fashion Retail at least 2-3 years is required.
- Have a strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Have a good communication skills in fluent English and interpersonal skills
- Customer services-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Flexibility to work in shifts

Drive Sales & Customer Satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Cultivate a welcoming, customer-first environment.
- Must ensure that staff are trained on product knowledge, customer service techniques to enhance overall shopping experiences as well as cross-selling techniques.
2. Merchandising & Store Presentation
- Maintain visually appealing displays and well-organized merchandise.
- Ensure that bestseller products are prominently positioned in high-traffic areas to maximize visibility and sales.
- Implement promotional setups that attract customers and highlight key products.
3. Foster a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
- Assist to monitor staff performance, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
- Assist to ensure daily briefings are carried out with the outlet staff and must ensure the weekly task checklists provided by HQ are executed in a timely manner.
4. Operational Excellence
- Manage inventory controls, maintain stock levels, and ensure accurate records.
- Monitor and ensure that bestsellers, key products and products that are out of stock are always available by communicating closely with the HQ warehouse team to ensure replenishments are delivered to the outlet in a timely manner.
- Ensure that feedback from customers regarding our products are communicated to HQ.
- Address operational concerns and ensure full compliance with company policies.
- Ensure that online orders to be fulfilled and shipped from the outlets are fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner.
5. Mall Partnership
- Assist in coordinating events and promotions with mall management.
- Assist to plan and execute in-store activities that align with mall-wide initiatives.
- Assist to ensure outlet licenses and bills are paid & renewed in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
