Brew Crew Opportunity
Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Franchisee to support the growth and success of our franchise network. This role is responsible for supporting prospective franchisees, supporting the administration and onboarding, ensuring operational compliance, and driving business performance across the franchise cafes.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Assist in the identification, evaluation, and recruitment of new franchise partners.
- Coordinate with potential franchisees through the application and selection process.
- Support new franchisees through onboarding, training, and store launch phases.
- Maintain regular communication with existing franchisees to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct periodic visits to franchise outlets to assess performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Address concerns or escalations from franchise partners promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal departments, e.g. Marketing, Supply Chain and Training, to provide continuous support to franchisees.
- Monitor key performance metrics (sales, customer satisfaction, food quality) for assigned outlets.
- Identify areas of improvement and provide strategic guidance to franchisees to improve business performance.
- Ensure all franchisees adhere to corporate policies, SOPs, health and safety regulations, Halal and brand standards.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Your Ingredients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 6–7 years of experience in franchise operations or business development, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, franchise business models, and retail management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel.
