We are an established and growing health food manufacturer and brand owner, specializing in premium bird’s nest products. We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a young professional with 3–5 years of experience to gain full exposure to business operations, and work directly with the Director to support strategic growth.
The selected candidate will undergo hands-on mentorship, with the goal of developing into a General Manager within 1–2 years. Outstanding performers will be considered for future profit-sharing or stock options.

Key Responsibilities | 工作职责
- Support the Director in overseeing daily factory operations and production planning
- Work closely with the QA/QC team to ensure compliance with food safety and industry standards (e.g., HALAL, GMP)
- Assist in managing customer service, basic sales coordination, and internal process improvements
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and team performance tracking
- Gain exposure to full spectrum of business activities including R&D, audits, maintenance, warehousing, and marketing
Candidate Requirements | 任职资格
- Possess 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality control, operations, customer service, or sales
- Proficient in Mandarin (required), with good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and willingness to be hands-on
- High learning agility, results-oriented, and a team player with leadership potential
- Career-minded and motivated to grow into a management-level role

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
